Early access

Reter is in early access. The product is provided as-is, without service-level guarantees, and may change materially or be discontinued. Use during early access is at your own discretion.

Acceptance

By submitting the early-access form, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not submit the form.

Use of the site

You agree not to (1) attempt to disrupt the site or its underlying systems, (2) use the site to send spam or malicious traffic, or (3) misrepresent your identity or affiliation when applying for early access. We may revoke your access if these terms are violated.

Intellectual property

Reter and the Reter mark, the website's content, and the underlying analysis engine are owned by Reter and its founders. You retain ownership of any source code or material you create using Reter; we make no claim to your code. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the site for the purpose of evaluating Reter.

Disclaimers

The site and any preview of Reter are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reter and its founders are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or early-access participation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product matures. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
