What we collect

When you submit the early-access form, we collect: your email address, optionally your name, role, the AI coding agents you use, your company size, your willingness to give product feedback, and optional free-text describing your engineering challenge. We do not collect any source code through this form. We do not run analytics scripts on this site beyond essential session telemetry.

Where it's stored

Email addresses and form responses are stored in Loops (loops.so), a third-party email and contact platform. Loops processes this data on our behalf. We do not share your information with any other third party, and we do not sell or rent contact lists.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to (1) qualify you for the early-access program, (2) communicate with you about your application status and product updates, and (3) understand the engineering teams interested in Reter so we can prioritize features. You can opt out of any non-transactional email by clicking 'unsubscribe' in any message we send.

How long we keep it

We retain your contact information until you ask us to delete it or until the early-access program ends and you have not signed up for a paid plan. To request deletion, email hello@reter.ai.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email hello@reter.ai with your request and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have additional rights under GDPR; if you're in California, under CCPA. We honor those rights regardless of where you live.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be set by hosting infrastructure (e.g. session continuity). We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated to anyone on the early-access list.
